A practical life skills training program for kids

This course is designed to provide insights, tools and strategies for children and young people to learn the 4 big life skills. Mastering these skills through the support of classroom teachers, coaches, mentors  and parents will help them to be stronger and more resilient during their school years and throughout their lives.

Who is it for?

The course is designed to be delivered to groups of children aged between 12 and 17 years old. The New Ways for Life course helps them to learn the 4 big skills needed to remain in control of their own life.

The Four Big Skills

The Four Big Skills help participants to:

  •  cope with stress, bullying and the behaviours of others with managed emotions
  •  moderate their behaviour so that they don’t hurt themselves or others with extreme behaviour
  • learn flexible thinking to solve problems
  • check themselves rather than just blame others
